We can provide technical support using TeamViewer. With this we connect to your computer and we can help install our software and charts. We can also demonstrate hoe to use aspects of the software
To use TeamViewer you need to download it from here. https://www.teamviewer.com/en/? and choose the Free Download option.
Once it is downloaded we need your ID and password so we can connect to you. The ID will always be the same but the password changes everytime you run TeamViewer
